Distributions
GPT makes distributions to investors four times a year.To be eligible to receive a distribution, an investor must be on the register of GPT by the record date.
Tax Statements
Annual statements of distributions received during the financial year are mailed to investors in July each year. These statements may be useful for investors completing income tax returns.
Annual Report
The Annual Report is mailed to those investors who have requested one, each year. GPT has a December year end. Investors who have not requested an Annual Report receive an Annual Summary.
Mid Year Update
The Mid Year Update is mailed to those investors who have requested one, in late September each year.
Investor Newsletters
Two Investor Newsletters are mailed each year to those who have requested one, in late May (with the March quarter distribution) and late November (with the September quarter distribution).
