US Seniors Housing
GPT's investment in the US Seniors Housing market includes investment in a portfolio of established assets located in the New England region of the United States and an interest in the manager of the assets, Benchmark Assisted Living. GPT will seek to exit this sector when conditions improve and value can be realised.
Homemaker City Portfolio
GPT's Homemaker City Portfolio consists of three bulky goods shopping centres located in Queensland, which will be divested over time. The Group's Homemaker City Maribyrnong (owned 50% by the GPT Wholesale Shopping Centre Fund, and 16.67% by GPT) is located adjacent to Highpoint Shopping Centre and remains part of the Group's core portfolio as it offers synergies in management and the ability to integrate the retail offer with that of Highpoint Shopping Centre.
