Using the GPT Gift Card

The GPT Gift Card is a fun and convenient electronic purchasing system that can be used to buy items in over 1,200 participating stores in GPT managed Shopping Centres across Australia. It is a durable and sleek plastic card, and can be used in all participating stores like any savings or debit card.

  1. Take your GPT Gift Card to any participating store. Please note that The GPT Gift Card is not redeemable in all stores. For a full list of participating retailers click here.
  2. The store will swipe the GPT Gift Card, select savings on the EFTPOS facility and enter the total amount of purchase.
  3. Enter the PIN number on the back of your GPT Gift Card and press OK.
  4. Enjoy your fabulous purchase!
  5. Be aware of the card’s remaining credit before making a purchase – if the total cost of items purchased is greater than the balance of the card, you will be required to make up the difference with another payment method.
  6. The GPT Gift Card can be used at any participating store in any GPT managed Shopping Centre in Australia, providing you with access to over 1,200 participating stores including boutique fashion outlets, fresh food markets, restaurants, cinemas, and services.
  7. The GPT Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  8. Check your card balance and transaction history by calling 1300 55 33 80.
  9. GPT Gift Cards that are damaged or faulty at time of issue will be replaced at no extra cost.

Where to use the GPT Gift Card
Purchasing a GPT Gift Card is easy. Next time you’re at any GPT managed Shopping Centre visit the Customer Service Centre and pick one up. A $1.50 administration fee applies upon issue of each GPT Gift Card.

The GPT Gift Card can be used at any participating store in any GPT managed shopping centre in Australia, providing you with access to over 1,200 participating stores.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Treat this card like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
  2. This card is redeemable for merchandise or services at participating stores only. Check with customer service desks for participating stores.
  3. This card is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for the payment of credit or retailer accounts.
  4. This card must be redeemed before the expiry date shown on the card.
  5. This card will be void and can not be redeemed after the expiry date. The card cannot be reloaded.
  6. This card is partially redeemable. It is up to you to use the full value before the expiry date. Cash change will not be given for any unused balance.
  7. Any unused balance on expiry of this card will not be refunded or credited.
  8. Where the cost of the purchase exceeds the available card balance, you will be required to make up the difference with another payment method.
  9. You are liable for all transactions on your card except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or any of our employees.
  10. You can check your card balance at any time by calling 1300 55 33 10.
  11. We reserve the right to change any of the terms contained in these Terms of Use at any time. Changes to the Terms of Use will be available on the centre website, or at the customer service desk.
  12. Visit the customer service desk if you have any reason to believe that an error has occurred in relation to the card.
