GPT’s high quality Office Portfolio is one of the largest in Australia and consists of ownership interests in 20 office assets through the Group’s owned portfolio and its interest in the GPT Wholesale Office Fund.
The Portfolio has a significant weighting in Sydney and Melbourne (Australia's largest office markets), and derives income from a diverse range of Government and corporate tenants.
The Group's Office team is responsible for the management of office assets owned and managed by both GPT and GWOF.

- exploiting economies of scale to minimise property operating costs;
