Celebrating connection beyond the workplace at our Sydney & Melbourne Signature Tenant Customer Dinners

The GPT Office team recently hosted our Sydney and Melbourne Signature Tenant Customer Dinners, bringing together valued tenant customers from across both portfolios for two evenings of partnership, connection and conversation.

Held at Capella Sydney and Maison Bâtard Melbourne, the dinners formed part of our Signature Tenant Customer Event series and created an opportunity to strengthen relationships beyond the day-to-day and celebrate the communities that continue to shape our office assets.

Across both evenings, customers joined members of our Office Leadership Team and on-site asset teams to reflect on the evolving role of the workplace and the importance of creating environments that support collaboration, wellbeing and meaningful connection.

In Sydney, Matt Brown, Head of Office, reflected on the continued momentum across the Sydney office market and GPT’s growing focus on office as a service – creating environments and experiences that support the tenant communities across the buildings we own and manage.

In Melbourne, Matt spoke about the recent opening of 51 Flinders Ln and GPT’s continued investment in the East End precinct alongside 8 Exhibition Street. Designed around the future of work, the precinct brings together hospitality, culture and next-generation workplace design to create a connected destination shaped by experience and community.

Conversations across both events reinforced the value of understanding the changing needs of businesses and continuing to evolve our assets around what matters most to customers and their teams.

Across our Sydney and Melbourne portfolios, GPT remains focused on delivering experience-led environments that support culture and long-term value for our customers.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for both evenings. We value the relationships we continue to build across our portfolio and look forward to continuing to shape the future of workplace experiences.
